Establishing "industry-university-research" partnerships with higher education institutions such as Hunan University, Hunan Normal University, Hunan University of Science and Technology, and Central South University of Forestry & Technology, the company maintains long-term technological cooperation. Collaborating with Hunan Normal University, the company has established the Advanced Coating Resin Engineering Technology Research Center in Hunan Province and a collaborative research and development center for postdoctoral research. Additionally, the company has set up the Banfert Education Fund at the Central South University of Forestry & Technology.

In 2016, the company founded Banfert Business School, conducting regular environmentally friendly coating training programs. These initiatives attract and nurture a significant number of skilled professionals. Since February 2020, Banfert Business School has initiated online training and education. The diversified course offerings and flexible learning schedules cater to the diverse needs of employees across different roles to a higher degree.
