Focusing on the theme of the 23rd National Occupational Safety Month - "Everyone talks about safety, everyone knows how to respond to emergencies - unblocking the passage of life", Banfert has carried out a series of activities, from government-enterprise dialogues, high-level exchanges to emergency drills, from strengthening safety hazard inspections to paying close attention to safe equipment operation, from promoting and implementing the Occupational Safety and Health Law to emergency knowledge training, from skills competitions to knowledge competitions, and held a number of related activities to ensure that Banfert's work on safety in production is implemented.

Launching ceremony and safety knowledge training

On June 4, Banfert held a launching ceremony and theme training session for the Safety Production Month in the lecture hall of the Hunan headquarters.
As soon as they entered the lecture hall, employees signed their names on the safety production banner to show their determination. Next, the EHS Management Department conducted comprehensive training and learning for all employees of the company on safety production laws and regulations, facility and equipment operation safety, chemical production and storage, inspection and maintenance, etc. Professional lecturers and practical cases allow employees to more clearly understand the importance of safety production and master the methods and techniques of accident prevention..

Government-Enterprise Dialogue & High-Level Exchange

In June, the company's senior management held a series of exchanges and dialogues on production safety.
Government-enterprise dialogue: Zhang Yi, deputy secretary of the Party Working Committee and director of the Management Committee of Ningxiang Economic Development Zone, and his party visited Banfert for safety inspection and corporate condolences. Banfert Chairman Li Xinxiong, Deputy General Manager Zhang Dongming, and Production Director Hu Guang accompanied them, and conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions on production safety management and implementation.
Senior-level exchanges: Chairman Li Xinxiong organized a training meeting for middle and senior management personnel of the group company. The meeting gave a detailed explanation of the safety and environmental protection related systems, and conducted in-depth research and deployment on the company's next stage of safety and environmental protection work, laying a stable foundation for the company's safe development.

Comprehensive emergency drills

On July 5, Banfert carried out the 2024 "Safe Production Month" full-staff emergency drill.
Bangfort's EHS Management Department organized a real smoke and fire simulation training, which was real and vivid, and the sense of urgency was full. After the fire was discovered on site in workshop B of the factory, the emergency rescue team responded urgently under the command of Banfert's deputy general manager Zhang Dongming and production director Hu Guang, setting up cordons, quickly rescuing, treating the wounded, emergency evacuation, transporting materials, controlling the fire, and lifting the alarm... The rescue and evacuation work was carried out in an orderly manner; when the alarm sounded, all personnel evacuated in an orderly manner from the designated safety exits and safety passages of the inspection building and the factory area. The entire evacuation process was tense, rapid, and orderly.

During the fire-fighting practice session, the EHS Management Department demonstrated the correct use of fire-fighting equipment on site and guided employees in the actual operation. Everyone was divided into groups to experience fire-fighting and successfully mastered how to correctly judge the source of fire and how to choose appropriate fire extinguishers to put out early fires. This allowed everyone to more proficiently master the operation of fire-fighting equipment and the process of handling fire accidents.

Safety Knowledge Contest

The safety knowledge competition officially started on June 4th. Ten contestants were selected through preliminary and semi-final written tests to enter the finals.

At the finals, the five groups of contestants fought for points in the compulsory questions, were nervous in the quick-answer questions, and were quick-witted in the risk questions. The contestants mastered every word and every safety knowledge question, and finally, the fifth group won. The knowledge contest also set up an interactive session of "answering questions with prizes", and the audience answered questions enthusiastically. Improving safety knowledge through competition not only enhances everyone's safety awareness, but also creates a positive learning atmosphere.

Popularization of first aid knowledge and skills

On June 20, Bonfort and professional medical staff from Chengjiao Hospital held a training session for all staff on first aid knowledge and skills in the lecture hall. First, Teacher Dai from Chengjiao Hospital gave a detailed explanation and demonstration of cardiopulmonary resuscitation and the use of AED. During the trainees' drills, everyone took to the stage to practice, presenting realistic and tense first aid scenes. This training gave employees a vivid lesson on how to open up the "green channel", allowing everyone to provide fast, efficient and scientific treatment when encountering emergency rescue situations.

Forklift Skills Competition

On the morning of June 21, a whistle blew, signaling the start of the Banfert Forklift Skills Competition. The competition included three events: transporting goods around poles, "shooting with both hands", and stacking empty pallets. At the competition site, all contestants meticulously completed a series of operations such as forking goods, serpentine movement, and stacking pallets. With their skilled business abilities, they completed the competition items steadily, accurately, quickly, and skillfully, winning cheers and applause from the audience, presenting a fiery scene of learning from each other and catching up with each other.

Safety hazard investigation

The Banfert workshop actively practices the "Three Courages" work philosophy and implements the "Three Strictest" work requirements. Through the safety leadership of the workshop leaders, on-site targeted inspections by technical personnel, and the implementation of charter flights and strengthened point inspections by grassroots employees, it deeply promotes the "Safe Production Month" activities and strives to eliminate defects with "no blind spots" and "no hidden dangers" around them.
