FILM OF PRE-COATING TECHNOLOGY
Direct lamination yields finished PVC flooring
No discernible light/dark sides
Uniform and aesthetically pleasing textures
Pioneering the technology of pre-coated PVC film, significantly streamlining the process of paint coating.
PCT film refers to a film produced via pre-coating technology, with specific reference here to a pre-coated PVC film. It employs specialized UV coatings in conjunction with coating equipment to treat the PVC film, thereby endowing the PVC film with an excellent matte finish and superior resistance to wear and scratches. Such treated PVC film can be directly laminated onto a PVC substrate to yield finished PVC flooring, streamlining the manufacturing process of PVC floors. It is suitable for LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tiles) or SPC (Stone Plastic Composite) flooring produced via hot pressing technology, and can also be applied to surfaces of furniture and decorative panels for both aesthetic enhancement and protection.

Seven outstanding characteristics effectively address long-standing pain points within the PVC flooring industry:
Key Highlights:
ØExcellent Product Stability: Resolves the industry-wide issue of light/dark side inconsistency, enhancing batch-to-batch stability of gloss levels.
ØSuperior Uniformity: Applicable to any board pattern, ensuring even distribution of the surface coating.
ØOptimal Gloss Control: Offers a wide gloss range from 2° to 100°, effortlessly achieving ultra-matte to high-gloss appearances.
ØStreamlined Production Process: Eliminates conventional coating process; direct lamination produces the final product efficiently.
ØGood Flexibility: Possesses adequate resilience to adapt to manufacturing conditions across different seasons.
ØRobust Weather Resistance: Exhibits strong resistance to aging, maintaining its original color over time.
ØWide Application Scope: Suitable for floor and wall applications, accommodating customization of products with diverse physical and chemical properties according to customer requirements.
